It is the newest health food craze with little research supporting it. It is also cutting into the market for healthy raw coconuts and coconut oil, driving their price up. So yes it is sustainable if we want to do away with coconuts and just produce the sugar. Right now it is all about the marketing and big cash crop. Major changes will need to happen before this can truly be sustainable.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3109937900042412028.post-66892465058408280272013-05-15T03:37:52.519-06:002013-05-15T03:37:52.519-06:00Sugar industry, incredibly, insists that once you ...Sugar industry, incredibly, insists that once you look at the research, no expert says that sugar leads to any disease, even obesity. sugar industrystitechhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11553637817556648405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3109937900042412028.post-67898932454308356112013-03-15T07:01:29.897-06:002013-03-15T07:01:29.897-06:00recommended for the diabetic people who are not al...recommended for the diabetic people who are not allowed to eat sugar by the doctor.
